We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Event Manager to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role offers a unique chance to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events designed to captivate audiences, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. As an essential member of the Vibra-Plate team, you will collaborate closely with internal departments such as product management and marketing, as well as external vendors to secure all necessary services like catering, audiovisual equipment, decor, and transportation. This role demands strong organizational skills to develop detailed event plans involving timelines, budget control, resource allocation, and maintaining safety standards throughout all event phases. Your ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email campaigns, and print media will maximize event reach and engagement while utilizing automation tools for streamlined communication and enhanced attendee experience.

Moreover, you will track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess the success of each event and generate insights for continuous improvement. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML will enable you to create and update promotional materials and event-related content seamlessly. Your experience in advertising sales and B2B marketing will further support revenue generation through partnerships and sponsorship opportunities aligned with event goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field
  • minimum of 3 years proven experience in event management and digital marketing
  • proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing
  • experience using SEO and content marketing strategies
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • adept at budgeting and resource management

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management or related roles with a strong background in digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing
  • familiarity with advertising sales processes and B2B marketing approaches to foster partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for promotional material creation alongside WordPress and HTML skills for website updates and content management
  • hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software
  • knowledge of print advertising channels as well as e-commerce platforms for integrated campaign execution
  • strong research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences

  • conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to innovate event concepts and improve future initiatives
