Job Description
Built is an innovative, AI-powered platform revolutionizing the real estate industry by transforming the way real estate is financed, developed, and managed. As a technology company purpose-built for real estate and construction, Built has evolved from its initial focus on fixing construction draw management for lenders into a comprehensive operating system that addresses some of the most complex challenges in the industry. The company’s robust platform unites essential functions such as loans, deals, portfolios, payments, inspections, and collaboration into one seamless ecosystem. This integration allows stakeholders to finance, develop, build, own, and operate smarter and more efficiently. Built currently partners with over 350 lenders, more than 80,000 borrowers and owners, and thousands of contractors, overseeing approximately 86,000 active projects valued at upwards of $300 billion. This significant footprint highlights Built’s influential role in reshaping real estate financial and operational processes.
The Event Marketing Manager role at Built offers a unique opportunity to own the comprehensive event strategy and execution targeting the real estate finance sector. This role demands end-to-end management of Built’s presence at over 40 industry trade shows annually and the creation and expansion of a proprietary event program designed to drive business growth, foster customer relationships, and reinforce Built’s position as the key operating system for real estate finance. The position involves strategic planning, rigorous program management, and leadership across cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for aligning event activities closely with Built’s go-to-market goals, ensuring consistent branding and messaging, and measuring the impact on pipeline and ROI. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and excels in managing complex and large-scale event programs. The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 annually, reflecting the range of proficiency levels within the position, and includes a generous comprehensive total rewards package featuring equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, and additional professional development perks. This position is based in the Nashville, TN area, with the expectation of up to 25% travel for event attendance and company gatherings. For those looking to drive meaningful impact in a high-growth company with a mission to radically disrupt the $1.5 trillion real estate industry, this role offers significant responsibility and growth potential.
