Job Description
Leaf Home is North America’s leading technology-enabled provider of home solutions, offering an array of award-winning products designed to enhance the comfort, safety, and functionality of homes. Their product line includes LeafFilter Gutter Protection known for its reliable gutter coverage that prevents clogging and damage; Leaf Home Safety Solutions that improve home security and peace of mind; Leaf Home Water Solutions aimed at boosting water quality and management; and Leaf Home Enhancements which add value and aesthetic appeal to residential properties. As a company, Leaf Home is dedicated to serving not only its customers but also fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace culture. It has been recognized as a certified Great Place to Work® and has received multiple Top Workplaces awards, underscoring a commitment to employee engagement and workplace excellence.
Leaf Home is currently seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join their esteemed event marketing team part-time. These roles are designed for those who enjoy dynamic environments such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and similar community events where they can engage directly with potential customers. The part-time Event Marketer will play a key role in driving brand awareness and lead generation for Leaf Home’s suite of products. This position offers competitive compensation starting at $18 per hour plus commission, with benefits including paid weekly wages, performance-based pay increases, paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth into management positions.
In this role, the Event Marketer will be responsible for representing Leaf Home at pre-scheduled events across the local area, actively engaging with event attendees to educate them about the innovative home solutions Leaf Home offers. They will demonstrate products with enthusiasm and professionalism, using high-energy engagement techniques to capture qualified leads for the company’s sales team. This position requires a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently, though maintaining communication with the event marketing manager is essential to ensure lead generation goals are met and exceeded. The role also involves assisting with event setup and teardown, which requires physical capability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds.
Leaf Home emphasizes a workplace that values health, safety, and happiness, encouraging employees to 'Work Comfortable, Work Safe, and Work Happy.' Their holistic approach extends beyond customer service to creating a positive employee experience supported by individualized career development programs, employee assistance programs including legal and financial counseling, and active employee resource groups focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This is a prime opportunity for motivated individuals interested in combining social interaction, marketing, and community engagement within a progressive and supportive company environment.
