Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Attention to detail and punctual
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
- High level of energy and engagement
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time at events
- Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to engage and educate potential customers effectively
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve lead generation goals
- Proficient with smartphone usage and data entry
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
- Event set up and tear down with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to promote Leaf Home products
- Exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager
- Utilize company systems to generate qualified leads
