We are currently seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join our best-in-North-America event marketing team as part-time Event Marketers. This role involves representing Leaf Home at various trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified sales leads for the local office. The Event Marketer leads dynamic interactions with potential customers, demonstrating product features with enthusiasm and positivity. This position reports to the Event Marketing Manager and carries responsibility for exceeding lead generation targets set forth by the management team.
The role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are self-motivated and enjoy working in fast-paced, public-facing environments. You will be attending numerous scheduled events and engaging with a wide array of potential customers to promote the full range of Leaf Home's products. Event setup and teardown duties are also part of the job, requiring physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. This part-time role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour plus commission, with compensation paid weekly every Friday. The position also features flexible scheduling, paid training, and potential for advancement into management roles. Job Requirements
- ability to work weekends friday, saturday, sunday
- reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
- attention to detail and punctual
- self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
- high level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
- ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
- must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong customer engagement and presentation abilities
- familiarity with mobile applications and basic technology use
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
- generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
- event set up and tear down with ability to lift to 50 pounds
