Job Requirements

  • College education or higher
  • Minimum two years sales experience in hospitality
  • Strong mathematical abilities
  • Willingness to sign CMC non-disclosure and non-compete agreements

Job Qualifications

  • College or higher-level education
  • Minimum two years sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong basic mathematical skills for calculating room blocks, average rates, and forecasting
  • Hospitality experience
  • Two years full service hotel sales experience
  • Proficient in accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CI/TY
  • Excellent personal and sales-related skills

Job Duties

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute group assignments turned over by the Sales Department
  • Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to guest room blocks, meeting space, food and beverage, and special concessions
  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to successfully execute group needs while maintaining client relationships
  • Deliver successful experiences for planners and attendees to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal partners and external customers
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details
  • Assist in selling guest rooms and banquet facilities as directed
