Carnegie Mellon University’s Dietrich College is currently seeking an Event Manager for a one-month, fixed-term part-time position based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional who excels in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The primary focus of this position is to coordinate and manage all aspects of event logistics. Responsibilities include scheduling, space reservations, vendor coordination, hospitality services, and ensuring smooth on-site execution to deliver seamless events that align with the college’s standards of excellence.
The Event Manager will also oversee budget tracking and expense management to keep each event within financial parameters.
