Job Requirements
- 3 years of full-time experience planning and executing events with a heavy focus on event design and decor
- Experience in creative event production, experiential events, and brand activations
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability
- Ability to leverage trend and technology insights, event storytelling, and understanding of company culture to create culturally relevant experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Job Duties
- Plan and execute various types of special events including meetings, experiential activations, incentive travel, parties, award shows, and charity functions
- Collaborate with clients to assess goals, timelines, and budgets and tailor each event accordingly
- Solicit and negotiate quotes for food and beverage, audiovisual services, transportation, entertainment, décor, and venue selections
- Propose themes and event elements to ensure cohesive and impactful narratives
- Develop planning cadences, timelines, and run-of-show documents to keep all parties aligned
- Manage event expenses, process payments, and maintain financial tracking
- Source event locations and coordinate travel arrangements for incentive trips and out-of-town events
- Manage event registrations, supervise volunteer teams, oversee stage management, and collaborate with graphic design teams on event collateral
