Job Duties

Serve as primary on-site contact with promoters for events
Plan, coordinate, and oversee event move-in, execution, and move-out
Supervise facility operations including contractors and staff
Determine staffing needs and respond to changes
Manage financial and operational decisions related to events
Develop and distribute operational and financial plans
Coordinate with security and food vendors to ensure patron satisfaction
