Job Duties

  • Serves as primary on-site contact with event promoters
  • Plans, manages, and oversees move-in, event execution, and move-out phases
  • Supervises facility operations including outside contractors and employees
  • Determines staffing and adjusts according to security, attendance, and weather conditions
  • Makes financial and operational decisions affecting event planning and execution
  • Develops and distributes detailed operational and financial plans
  • Coordinates with security, food vendors, event prep teams, and other resources
  • Prepares and communicates lessee expense information for financial settlements
  • Maintains compliance and reports irregularities as required
