Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in event management
  • Ability to manage and lead teams
  • Experience coordinating with culinary and sales teams
  • Knowledge of event logistics and setup procedures
  • Proficient in using time management tools and tracking apps
  • Valid driving license and good driving record
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and local events
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
  • Standing for long periods and exposure to cleaning solvents
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing onsite events
  • Proven track record in event management and staff supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with diverse event types including corporate, social, and large-scale productions
  • Valid driving record with ability to operate company vans and box trucks
  • Good communication skills to liaise between clients, staff, and management
  • Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing

Job Duties

  • Manage and develop service employees and newer Event Managers
  • Maintain menu integrity and communicate with onsite kitchen team
  • Ensure timely service, setup, cleanup, and load-out of catering areas
  • Communicate event details with Sales Manager and Executive Chef before and after events
  • Oversee warehouse general operations including inventory and equipment organization
  • Conduct event walkthroughs and serve as primary on-site contact
  • Manage event timelines, uniforms, grooming standards, and staff roles
  • Facilitate training and development of Event Managers II and III
  • Ensure proper vehicle operation and maintain good driving record
  • Complete event documentation including timesheets and post-event notes
  • Maintain high standards of service and provide feedback to staff
