Job Duties
- Organize, plan and prioritize event management duties
- communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations
- demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes
- resolve conflicts and negotiate complaints
- sell and influence both internal and external clients
- analyze and solve problems to determine the best solutions
- ensure high-quality service by providing direction, feedback and coaching
- participate in customer site inspections and assist with sales process
- perform other duties as necessary
- maintain regular attendance
