Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or related field
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • familiarity with hotel event operations and procedures
  • customer service orientation
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software

Job Duties

  • organize, plan and prioritize your duties by developing plans and goals
  • timely communication to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet client expectations and deliver on those expectations
