Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Proficiency with event management software and systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Job Duties
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Timely communication to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, processes
- Resolve conflicts, negotiate, and handle complaints
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing issues
- Ensure high-quality service through direction, guidance, feedback and coaching
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist sales process
- Perform other duties based on business needs
