Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of related experience and training
  • RAMP Certification within 90 days of hire
  • Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
  • Weekend availability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Collect essential client information and communicate effectively with relevant departments
  • Engage with clients to maintain the planning timeline and address all inquiries
  • Guide clients in making impactful decisions for their events
  • Accurately record and communicate discussed items post-meeting
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure setup and breakdown of events, maintain a clean venue, and properly store items
  • Ensure food service execution and provide feedback to maintain high standards
  • Adhere to job manuals, checklists, and operating procedures, embodying excellence in judgment, customer service, and professionalism
