Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience planning and managing events
  • Experience managing vendors and supervising team members
  • Familiarity with project management or marketing software preferred
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Tukwila, WA

  • BA/BS degree in Business or a related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events from workshops and company celebrations to customer activations, conference sponsorships and more
  • Own logistics such as venues, catering, travel, run-of-show, and attendees
  • Deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences that align with Sabey's brand and values
  • Work closely with the Culture Director, Marketing Manager, HR, and key creative partners to support broader enterprise revenue, recruiting, and retention goals
  • Track budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts to ensure smooth execution and fiscal responsibility
  • Lead and mentor event support teams who provide logistics, set up, coordination, and follow-up
  • Collect feedback and track success metrics to improve event effectiveness over time
  • Partner with the engagement team when events involve gifts or branded merchandise
