Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of meeting management or hospitality management experience
- Expertise with Cvent, Stova (Aventri), or similar registration buildout platforms
- Experience with Smartsheet
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize

Job Duties
- Work with sites department on review of venue contracts and required needs
- Communication with registration department on reports and database requirements
- Timeline development and management
- Facilitate agenda development via call for presentations, keynote speaker procurement, and speaker communications
- Work with Exhibit/Sponsor Coordinator or Manager to facilitate exhibitor prospectus and communications
- Budget development, implementation, on-going reporting, and wrap-up reporting with support from the Accounting department
- Work with Marketing department on collateral communications and development– theme, concept, design, and implementation
