Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of meeting management or hospitality management experience
  • Expertise with Cvent, Stova (Aventri), or similar registration buildout platforms
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize

Job Duties

  • Work with sites department on review of venue contracts and required needs
  • Communication with registration department on reports and database requirements
  • Timeline development and management
  • Facilitate agenda development via call for presentations, keynote speaker procurement, and speaker communications
  • Work with Exhibit/Sponsor Coordinator or Manager to facilitate exhibitor prospectus and communications
  • Budget development, implementation, on-going reporting, and wrap-up reporting with support from the Accounting department
  • Work with Marketing department on collateral communications and development– theme, concept, design, and implementation
