management experience
banquet captain experience
knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
event planning and execution experience
proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
knowledge of POS register systems
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Host special events and manage the team of event hosts
oversee all setup of event areas
collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to create seamless event experiences
build personal connections with clients and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
use guest feedback for continuous improvement
forecast events and schedule event staff
counsel and discipline staff according to HR guidelines
work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
