Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record in sales and event management

- Proficiency in CRM and sales software
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends

Job Duties
- Collaborate with Director of Sales to implement sales strategies to generate event bookings
- Identify and target potential clients including corporate groups, social events, weddings, and special occasions
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Act as the main contact for clients from inquiry to event completion
- Negotiate contracts to secure bookings while ensuring profitability
- Coordinate group sales for hotel accommodations including corporate and tour groups
- Develop and negotiate group sales contracts aligning with revenue goals
- Work closely with operations team to communicate and execute event details
- Oversee event logistics including setup, staffing, catering, and audiovisual needs
- Achieve and exceed event sales targets and provide sales performance reports
- Develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and industry events for brand promotion
- Mentor and support junior sales staff and foster teamwork
