Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with Director of Sales to implement sales strategies to generate event bookings
  • Identify and target potential clients including corporate groups, social events, weddings, and special occasions
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Act as the main contact for clients from inquiry to event completion
  • Negotiate contracts to secure bookings while ensuring profitability
  • Coordinate group sales for hotel accommodations including corporate and tour groups
  • Develop and negotiate group sales contracts aligning with revenue goals
  • Work closely with operations team to communicate and execute event details
  • Oversee event logistics including setup, staffing, catering, and audiovisual needs
  • Achieve and exceed event sales targets and provide sales performance reports
  • Develop pricing strategies and packages to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and industry events for brand promotion
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff and foster teamwork
