Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Proven track record in luxury or high-volume catering
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and budgeting tools
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

  • Human resources experience including hiring, training, mentoring, and development
  • 3-5 years hospitality management experience
  • Focus on client service, entrepreneurship, and business growth

Job Duties

  • Consult clients regarding event scope, expectations, setting, menu, and entertainment to fit budget
  • Plan menus in collaboration with clients and chefs
  • Negotiate vendor contracts individually
  • Coordinate and execute events under the Director of Events' guidelines
  • Recruit, interview, select, and train permanent and casual staff
  • Organize, lead, and motivate the events team
  • Plan staff and event schedules
  • Maintain and develop accurate financial and administrative records
  • Liaise with Event Sales Managers, chefs, staff, vendors, and clients to plan events
  • Assess contract requirements and ensure service satisfaction
  • Perform final review and assessment of events to verify quality standards
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely payment
