Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work reliably and consistently
  • Occasional ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets and event service operations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with sales and operations teams
  • Experience in sales, catering or banquets preferred but not required
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in forecasting and billing accuracy

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
  • Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
  • Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
  • Ensure billing accuracy
  • Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor
  • Manage event logistics and execution effectively
