Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work reliably and consistently
- Occasional ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets and event service operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales and operations teams
- Experience in sales, catering or banquets preferred but not required
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in forecasting and billing accuracy
Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
- Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
- Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
- Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
- Ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor
- Manage event logistics and execution effectively
