We are committed to delivering memorable experiences to our guests through meticulous planning, expert coordination, and seamless execution of all banquet events. With a strong focus on service excellence, we collaborate closely with various teams including sales, culinary, and restaurant leadership to ensure every event is flawlessly executed to meet and exceed guest expectations. Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, ideal for professionals passionate about event management and customer service.

The Event Manager plays a vital role in our operations, owning every detail of an event once it is booked, from room setups to menu arrangements and day-of event execution. This position demands a high level of organizational skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to managing both people and processes. The Event Manager is responsible for reviewing and managing event contracts, coordinating timelines, layouts, and seating, scheduling banquet staff, and leading on-site event execution. They act as the primary contact person for hosts during events, ensuring smooth communication and delivery throughout the event lifecycle. This role further extends to operational leadership, where the Event Manager develops standard operating procedures, hires and trains staff, manages performance, and maintains banquet inventory. Financial acumen is also necessary to monitor profitability, control food and labor costs, and support menu pricing strategies. Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential, particularly with the sales and culinary teams, as well as with IT and vendor partners for system maintenance. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, to oversee events that happen at various times.
