The Event Operations Manager reports directly to the center’s General Manager and plays a crucial role in orchestrating memorable event experiences by managing and motivating a team of Event Hosts.

You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to develop seamless event flows that ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. Furthermore, you will lead your team by promoting a guest-focused approach to hosting, guiding your staff through scheduling, counseling, and performance management tasks.

Job Qualifications
- 1 year plus management experience
- 2 years plus banquet captain experience
- bachelor’s degree
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- broad experience in event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office suite
- knowledge of database software preferred
- understanding of POS register systems
