The role of Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment presents a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about event management and hospitality. The Event Operations Manager reports directly to the center’s General Manager and plays a crucial role in orchestrating memorable event experiences by managing and motivating a team of Event Hosts.

As an Event Operations Manager, you will be a key player in coordinating special events from start to finish. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to develop seamless event flows that ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. Your interpersonal skills will be vital as you connect personally with clients and guests to understand and fulfill their needs. Furthermore, you will lead your team by promoting a guest-focused approach to hosting, guiding your staff through scheduling, counseling, and performance management tasks.

Flexibility is essential in this role, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
