Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or management
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to be on-site for event duration

  • proficiency with common office and event management software

  • capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
