Job Description

We are a premier event coordination service specializing in organizing exclusive, high-end events in the vibrant Silicon Valley area. Known for orchestrating seamless and memorable experiences, our company caters to an elite clientele who expect nothing less than perfection in their event execution. Whether it is an intimate dinner or a large corporate gathering, our focus remains on delivering sophisticated guest experiences, meticulous attention to detail, and flawless event logistics. Our reputation in Silicon Valley's competitive market is built on consistent excellence and the ability to adapt to the specific preferences and needs of every client. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and the high quality of service provided at every stage of event planning and execution.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented freelance Event Manager and Hospitality Professional to coordinate an exclusive high-end dinner event scheduled for April 14, 2026. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining calm and poise. The event will take place at a premium venue in Silicon Valley and demands seamless coordination to ensure that every element, from guest seating to tech presentations, is executed perfectly. The chosen candidate will arrive at the venue in advance to oversee the setup, verify that the place cards, signage, and venue layout are impeccable, and greet the client upon their arrival to establish a strong, professional rapport.

In addition to welcoming guests and managing seating arrangements according to the predetermined plan, the Event Manager will collaborate closely with the restaurant staff to ensure the smooth delivery of the pre-agreed menu on schedule. This hiring opportunity not only involves managing this particular event but also offers a unique chance to shadow a seasoned team member on-site, gaining valuable hands-on insights into high-end event execution. With proven success, this role has the potential to evolve into regular freelance assignments across prestigious venues in Silicon Valley and San Francisco, providing an ongoing, flexible side hustle for those wishing to build a career or supplement their income in event management.

The successful candidate will also handle troubleshooting last-minute guest adjustments, including printing and managing name badges, performing technology checks for client presentations, and maintaining an accurate attendance record throughout the evening. Financial responsibilities such as finalizing the bill with the venue at the end of the night are also part of the comprehensive duties. This position demands strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a high level of organizational proficiency to ensure the event proceeds smoothly from start to finish.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals or event coordinators eager to work within the luxury event sector, gain invaluable experience, and grow their professional network within Silicon Valley’s elite event circles. Those interested should have previous experience in high-end or VIP event settings and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Our company values reliability, dedication, and a proactive approach to ensure all aspects of the event surpass client expectations. Join us and be part of a dynamic and rewarding event management team offering continuous freelance opportunities and career development.
