Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing corporate or experiential events, preferably within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneously—from concept through execution and post-event analysis
- Strong operational and strategic mindset—able to zoom in on details while also understanding broader program goals and business impact
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and high expectations
- Advanced attention to detail across logistics, budgeting, and vendor management
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach

- Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading client conversations, aligning stakeholders, and managing external partners

Job Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be based in the Greater Seattle area and available for occasional in-person responsibilities and team retreats
- Willingness to travel (~25–40%) and work non-traditional hours as required by event schedules
- Strong expertise in event logistics, budgeting, and production management
- Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listener and diplomatic
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate succinctly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to problem-solve in real time and stay calm under pressure
- Highly resourceful - able to find creative solutions and get things done with limited direction
- Dependable and consistent - follows through on details, timelines, and responsibilities
Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events including corporate conferences, executive programs, sales kickoffs, brand activations, and ancillary experiences
- Own and manage all core event workstreams including logistics, timelines, budgets, vendor management, and production schedules
- Send weekly project status reports to client stakeholders as well as Campfire Leadership for insight into accomplishments, actions due, and potential risks
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure all deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, A/V teams, production partners, and other vendors
- Oversee and refine key planning documents including run-of-show, production schedules, and project plans to ensure clarity and accountability across all stakeholders
- Lead onsite execution, serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams while ensuring a seamless attendee experience
- Contribute to post-event reporting, insights, and continuous improvement—identifying opportunities to enhance future programs
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and overall program quality within the agency
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and helping expand client relationships
