Job Description
Campfire Collective is a dynamic and innovative agency specializing in creating memorable corporate events, professional services, and logistics solutions. Known for blending creativity with strategic execution, Campfire Collective orchestrates a wide range of experiences from intimate executive meetings to large-scale conferences and client receptions. The company operates in the Greater Seattle area with a remote-first work culture, emphasizing creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to clientele. Their commitment to excellence and relationship-building is at the core of their business, making them a preferred partner for businesses looking to craft impactful events that leave lasting impressions. With a strong team culture founded on trust, creativity, and fun, Campfire Collective promotes an empowering environment where team members thrive both independently and collectively, celebrating successes and continuously pushing the boundaries of event experiences.
The role of Event Manager at Campfire Collective is designed for an experienced professional with over six years of event management expertise. This full-time, exempt position is remote but requires residency in the Greater Seattle area to accommodate local onsite event responsibilities, venue walkthroughs, and team meetups. The role commands a salary starting at $85,000, complemented by a health stipend and 401k benefits after eligibility, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering competitive compensation.
As an Event Manager, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, high-touch corporate events including conferences, executive programs, brand activations, and large corporate parties. Your strategic mindset and operational skills will ensure every detail aligns with client objectives and delivers high-impact experiences. This position demands a proactive leader who excels in navigating ambiguity, solving problems independently, and managing multiple programs simultaneously while upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include leading event logistics, managing timelines and budgets, overseeing vendor and partner relationships, and collaborating extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution. The Event Manager will also be pivotal in producing insightful post-event analyses to drive continuous improvement and support business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Ideal candidates will have a strong operational background, exceptional organizational skills, and advanced proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, alongside Google Workspace and communication platforms such as Slack and Zoom. The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, lead client conversations, and maintain a calm, composed presence under pressure is crucial. You must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Joining Campfire Collective means becoming a valued member of a passionate team that values positive energy, ownership, and collaborative success. The culture emphasizes purposeful work that is enjoyable, fostering a supportive atmosphere where innovative ideas flourish and challenges are met with enthusiasm. If you are a resourceful, solutions-driven professional who enjoys creating and managing exceptional event experiences in a vibrant, agile agency environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact.
