Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year+ management experience
- 2+ years banquet captain experience
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
- knowledge of POS register systems
- flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- experience in event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office and database software

Job Duties
- Host special events
- manage a team of event hosts
- oversee all setup of event areas
- work with sales and operations teams to create seamless event experiences
- build strong relationships with event clients
- ensure guest satisfaction exceeds expectations
- complete event reporting and use feedback for continuous improvement
- forecast events and schedule event staff
- counsel and discipline staff as per HR policies
- be available to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
