Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, travel or tourism, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in client engagement, sales, or operations
  • Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality, or events is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in outreach, relationship management, or customer onboarding
  • Familiarity with international markets or B2B environments is desirable

Job Duties

  • Lead attendee acquisition and hosted buyer recruitment for the event
  • Identify and engage relevant buyers, travel professionals, and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to onboard qualified attendees
  • Manage the end-to-end hosted buyer journey including onboarding, communication, scheduling, and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and industry partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align attendee targets and event objectives
  • Track and manage attendee data, pipelines, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure a high-quality attendee and exhibitor matchmaking experience
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and reports on attendee growth and engagement
