Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years event management experience
- Proficiency in event software and virtual platforms
- Availability for up to 30% domestic and international travel
- Ability to work in Eastern or Central Standard business hours
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proven experience managing large-scale events and diverse teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in event technology platforms and virtual event delivery

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Optimize event project management and develop creative design strategies
- Quickly build trust and confidence with clients and team members
- Spearhead operations for complex events including meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs
- Embrace event technologies to seamlessly plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
- Lead by example as a strong team leader who inspires others
- Manage global event logistics for large-scale events with over 1,000 attendees
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and solve challenges effectively
