Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years event management experience
  • Proficiency in event software and virtual platforms
  • Availability for up to 30% domestic and international travel
  • Ability to work in Eastern or Central Standard business hours
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events and diverse teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in event technology platforms and virtual event delivery
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Professional presentation skills and client engagement experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Optimize event project management and develop creative design strategies
  • Quickly build trust and confidence with clients and team members
  • Spearhead operations for complex events including meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs
  • Embrace event technologies to seamlessly plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
  • Lead by example as a strong team leader who inspires others
  • Manage global event logistics for large-scale events with over 1,000 attendees
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and solve challenges effectively
