The Event Manager role at EVOTEK is a pivotal position responsible for the full spectrum of event logistics and management, with the objective of strengthening the company’s image, enhancing client loyalty, and enriching the brand-to-client experience. This role involves developing comprehensive event strategies, managing event logistics, and overseeing the planning and execution of company events. The Event Manager will be instrumental in managing the entire events calendar, researching and securing venues, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that all event goals are successfully met. Monitoring budgets and finalizing payments are key responsibilities, requiring keen attention to financial details.
Additionally, the Event Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, manage branding and communication efforts directed at staff and attendees, and handle event registration including sponsorship landing pages. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate unexpected challenges efficiently. Post-event, the manager is responsible for gathering feedback through surveys, analyzing event success, and preparing comprehensive reports to inform future planning.
