Job Duties
- Lead the setup, execution, and breakdown of events and catered functions
- coordinate staff, rentals, layouts, and timelines using BEOs
- oversee event teams to ensure smooth service and beautiful presentations
- manage staff scheduling, labor control, and on-site leadership
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- handle event-related admin such as BEO budgets, inventory, and P&L support
- train, coach, and motivate team members for top performance
- partner with Operations and Sales leadership to execute flawless events
