Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or private club operations
  • Experience with sports-related or recreational events strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute club-sponsored and private events, including golf tournaments, tennis and pickleball events, swim meets, poolside functions, social events, and holiday programming
  • Develop event timelines, layouts, run-of-show documents, and staffing plans
  • Runs weekly BEO meeting, key role in property communication for event execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, vendors, and internal departments for assigned events
  • Oversee on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations, service excellence, and member satisfaction
  • Creates events in ForeTees for members to register via website and app
  • Generates digital art for club events
