Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or private club operations
- Experience with sports-related or recreational events strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute club-sponsored and private events, including golf tournaments, tennis and pickleball events, swim meets, poolside functions, social events, and holiday programming
- Develop event timelines, layouts, run-of-show documents, and staffing plans
- Runs weekly BEO meeting, key role in property communication for event execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, vendors, and internal departments for assigned events
- Oversee on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations, service excellence, and member satisfaction
- Creates events in ForeTees for members to register via website and app
- Generates digital art for club events
