With a commitment to excellence in all areas of operation, the Club fosters a culture of collaboration, high service standards, and continual growth. Joining this prestigious organization means becoming part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding member satisfaction through well-executed events and seamless coordination across departments.
The Event Manager role is integral to the Club's mission of providing top-tier event experiences. This position involves comprehensive planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse portfolio of events, ranging from competitive golf tournaments and racquet sports competitions to vibrant social gatherings and aquatic programs. The Manager works closely with the Golf, Racquets, Aquatics, Food & Beverage, Facilities, and Member Services teams to ensure that every event aligns with the Club's objectives and exceeds member expectations. Employing strong leadership skills, the Event Manager serves as the primary contact for members, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring open communication and flawless event delivery.
In addition to event logistics, the role requires adept budget management, pricing strategies, and revenue tracking to support the Club's financial goals. The Event Manager also takes on responsibilities such as creating event marketing materials, overseeing registration processes through the Club's digital platforms, and conducting post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement. This multifaceted role demands an individual with excellent organizational skills, effective communication, adaptability to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Professional experience in hospitality or private club operations, particularly with sports-related or recreational events, is highly valued.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work at a prestigious venue where every day presents new challenges and the chance to craft unforgettable experiences for a discerning membership base. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the Club's event offerings and contribute significantly to its reputation for excellence and member satisfaction. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a passion for event management and hospitality, this is a rewarding career opportunity to elevate your professional journey.
