This role centers on supporting all arrangements of furniture and event equipment for a variety of events held across multiple spaces such as training rooms, common areas, conference rooms, cafes, and outdoor amenities. The position involves executing the lifecycle of work orders in alignment with internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities include creating and acknowledging work orders, conducting check-ins and check-outs, documenting events with pictures and notes, and closing out work orders properly. The role requires verifying space capacities in all set styles to ensure compliance with fire code regulations and safety standards. Additionally, this position demands excellent communication skills to respond effectively to event-related inquiries via multiple communication channels such as emails, chimes, texts, and calls.
Another critical aspect of the role is maintaining cleanliness and organization of event storage spaces including palletizing, labeling, and organizing event inventory to ensure all items are accounted for and returned appropriately after events. This includes inventory tracking through signing in and out equipment, logging any damaged items, inspecting equipment for damage, and communicating supply needs. Event labor priorities are clearly defined with a focus on event setup and strikes, facility management tasks, and janitorial support arranged in order of importance. Janitorial duties form an essential part of this role, requiring flexibility and dedication to ensuring event spaces and storage areas meet high standards of cleanliness and order.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday accommodating event schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with work order systems is a plus
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to use a portable backpack style vacuum cleaner
- Any and all other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Support all arrangements of furniture and event equipment requests for various event spaces
- Execute work order lifecycle including creation, acknowledgment, check-in/out, documentation, and closure
- Verify space capacities and ensure compliance with fire code regulations
- Communicate and respond to event-related emails, chimes, texts, and calls
- Attend internal and external weekly team meetings
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory tracking of event storage including signing inventory and logging damages
- Ensure high levels of customer service and adhere to event safety standards
