Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • Flexible 8-hour shift Monday-Friday to accommodate events schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Diligence and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to take direction and work cooperatively
  • Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
  • Use a portable backpack vacuum cleaner

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment

Job Duties

  • Support all arrangements of furniture and event equipment requests for all events including training rooms, common spaces, conference rooms, cafe or outside amenities spaces
  • Execution of the work order lifecycle per internal and external KPIs
  • Creating work orders as needed
  • Work order acknowledgment and team deployment
  • Check in/out with pictures and notes
  • Close work order
  • Verify space capacities in all set styles in training rooms and common spaces
  • Communicate and respond to all event related emails, chimes, texts and/or calls
  • Attend internal and external weekly team meetings
  • Ensure event storage is kept clean, palletized, organized, labeled, and all event inventory returns to correct storage
  • Sign in/out and log broken items for inventory tracking
  • Inspect equipment for damage after use and check against inventory list
  • Communicate supply needs and equipment removals
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service
  • Adhere to event safety standards and fire code regulations
  • Perform janitorial tasks as needed
  • Follow Event Labor Team priorities: event set/strikes, facility management tasks, janitorial support
