Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in janitorial or facilities management
- ability to work on-call shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and communication skills
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift and carry janitorial equipment and supplies
- ability to respond quickly to emergency situations

- familiarity with event support and operational logistics
Job Duties
- manage day-to-day operations of janitorial services for university events
- oversee logistical planning, staffing, and execution of event janitorial needs
- conduct regular inspections and quality control measures
- maintain inventory control of janitorial equipment and supplies
- serve as primary on-site ABM representative during events
- respond to on-call needs including weekends and holidays for emergency and scheduled events
- build and maintain strong relationships with university clients to understand and fulfill service requirements
