Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
Ability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Capable of walking, standing, bending, and lifting with assistance

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell "extensions" such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explaining safety precautions
Provide a welcoming and engaging atmosphere throughout the event
