Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
Commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing brief bowling guidance
