Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify
  • ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods

  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills

  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • familiarity with bowling or entertainment environments is a plus
  • basic computer skills for managing event details

Job Duties

  • Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
  • liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
  • suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to pre-ordered event packages
  • coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
  • create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
  • assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing support in activities such as bowling
  • multitask effectively to maintain smooth event operations
