Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work evening and night shifts
- availability to work on weekends
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- capability to lift objects with some assistance
- willingness to provide excellent customer service continuously
- legal authorization to work in the country

- previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- basic understanding of food and beverage service

Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- suggestively sell extensions, including additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event package
- coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverage
- create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded
- assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and possibly giving a quick bowling lesson
