Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Capability to lift objects with some assistance
Willingness to work in a typical entertainment environment
Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules

Job Qualifications

Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Experience in customer service or event coordination is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions, such as additional entertainment or food and beverage, to the pre-ordered event packages
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverages
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and offering quick bowling lessons
Ensure smooth communication and proactive problem solving throughout the event lifecycle
