Completion of the Ashling Events Host Accreditation and the Smitten Event Host AddOn
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Organized, reliable and punctual
Ability to take direction
Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Completion of the Ashling Events Host Accreditation and the Smitten Event Host AddOn
Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
Organized, reliable and punctual with ability to take direction
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Day-of event support such as assisting with setup and preparing event space
Greeting attendees and facilitating check-ins
Helping run icebreakers, games, and activities as directed by Lead Event Host
Monitoring event timing and maintaining seamless event flow
Supporting post-event breakdown and cleanup
Assisting with other duties as assigned
