Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
- Set up and operate audio equipment including mixing consoles, microphones, monitors, amps, and PA systems
- Perform sound checks with guests and monitor mixes during performances
- Adjust and troubleshoot audio issues in real-time to ensure audio clarity and consistency
- Maintain and test equipment before and after each show to ensure optimal performance
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the event, venue amenities, and policies
- Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown as required
- Serve as a liaison between the arena and its guests—resolving issues or directing them appropriately
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with arena staff, vendors, and performers to support overall event operations
