Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Capacity to occasionally lift objects with assistance
- Willingness to work in a dynamic entertainment environment
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of bowling or entertainment activities is a plus
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage packages
- Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies and manage the service of all food and beverages
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure all guest needs are exceeded
- Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing quick bowling lessons
- Monitor event progress and address any issues promptly to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction
