Job Description
The Little Gym is a renowned global enrichment and physical development center for children, operating over 300 locations worldwide. Established over four decades ago, it has become a trusted name in early childhood development and gymnastics-based programs. The company focuses on providing high-quality, safe, and nurturing environments where children from as young as 4 months up to 12 years old can grow, gain confidence, and develop new skills. Its curriculum is designed to foster physical, social, and emotional development at each child's own pace, making it a premiere destination for parents seeking developmental opportunities for their kids. Each location, while part of a global network, is independently owned and operated by franchisees, allowing for localized management and personalized community engagement. The Little Gym prides itself on creating lasting relationships with families, prioritizing both fun and serious commitment to children's health and safety.
This role is crafted for an energetic individual who loves working with children and desires to make a meaningful impact in their community through The Little Gym's dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position involves teaching fun, engaging classes based on a proven curriculum that the company will train you to deliver, ensuring quality and consistency across all its centers. Besides classroom instruction, the role emphasizes exceptional customer service, treating members like extended family, and maintaining a clean, safe gym and lobby at all times. The role also includes hosting fun events such as parties to provide a unique and enjoyable experience for kids, giving parents valuable time for themselves. This is not just a job but an opportunity to contribute to children's positive experiences and development while becoming part of a dedicated family-focused team. You will be active, moving throughout the day, building relationships with children and their families, and helping kids leave classes feeling more confident.
