Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years experience in field marketing, event execution, or brand representation
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Willingness and ability to travel 3-4 weeks per month including weekends and after-hours as needed
  • Physically capable of lifting and setting up event materials up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years experience in field marketing, event execution, or brand representation
  • Experience with trade shows or conferences
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or high-growth startup environments preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead capture tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and with initiative
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

  • Own onsite brand presence

  • Capture the moment through photos and social media
  • Travel often including domestic and international trips
