Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience managing events on-site
  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to drive large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing trainings and meetings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 2-4-year college degree or equivalent work experience in related field/industry
  • Experience managing events on-site and delegating tasks to a team to achieve event goals
  • Thorough knowledge of principles of effective brand marketing, specifically mobile marketing
  • Proven experience in effective communications, consumer/client relations, and management
  • Engaging and outgoing personality
  • Excellent organization and writing skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management and multi-task approach
  • Ability to stand and interact with customers and staff for entire shift
  • Ability to operate large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans
  • Ability to carry, lift, and handle equipment up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable with bending, kneeling, reaching, and squatting for short periods

Job Duties

  • Acts as primary field authority/main point of contact
  • Provide leadership to the field team to reach program goals
  • Motivate and support the team to execute without incident every time at every event
  • Responsible for flawless on-site event management and coordination, including vendor assets
  • Document the event via reporting and pictures
  • Responsible for event assets, transport, and maintenance of all assets
  • Participate in mandatory online trainings and conference calls
  • Attend monthly product trainings, team meetings, client trainings
  • Assign event day duties to internal company and external agency staff
  • Communicate event updates to Company Management
