Job Duties
- assisting with executing the service manager's strategy for event planning and logistics before leaving for the actual service ensuring every detail is in place
- coordinating the catering team to ensure day of timeline is seamless and service is executed
- maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism before during and after events
- communicating effectively with team and service manager to address any needs or concerns
- supporting the team in delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations
