Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in event planning or hospitality
  • Passion for sports and experiential marketing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for eight or more hours
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (40-50% travel)
  • Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or contact HR for exemption

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience
  • A passion for events, experiences, hospitality, and sports
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to provide proof of COVID vaccination or obtain an exemption

Job Duties

  • Assist the team with event planning, ticket management, onsite activation, and post-event wrap-up for various hospitality programs
  • Support day-to-day team functions to help the team succeed
  • Prepare necessary event documents including event guides, itineraries, meeting notes, and post-event recaps
  • Effectively facilitate communication and coordinate projects with vendors
  • Work with vendors to secure merchandise and other event services and supplies
  • Become a trusted resource for clients
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
  • Additional projects as assigned, which may include assistance on other events or programs, competitive research, property research, etc.
