Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in event planning and catering management
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Duties

- manage catering budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- coordinate with vendors and external service providers
- supervise and lead catering staff to maintain high service standards
- develop and implement marketing strategies for catering services
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
