Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in event planning and catering management
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • manage catering budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • coordinate with vendors and external service providers
  • supervise and lead catering staff to maintain high service standards
  • develop and implement marketing strategies for catering services
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
