Your primary responsibility is to actively engage visitors by striking up conversations, educating them about the company’s home improvement products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and personable interactions. This role requires a natural ability to connect with people, a passion for customer engagement, and a thorough knowledge of the products’ features and benefits. The position reports directly to the Events Coordinator, ensuring seamless communication before, during, and after events.
Beyond lead generation, you will help maintain the appearance and condition of the promotional materials and booths, ensuring they always reflect the company’s professional image. Prime Bath and Home Solutions offers a competitive starting wage of $18.20 per hour, with additional bonuses that can elevate earnings to $25-$30 or more per hour. The company also provides comprehensive training and ongoing support, making this a perfect role even for those with limited experience. - Help care for and maintain the condition and appearance of our event displays and marketing materials
